French Dip Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package Hawaiian butter rolls.
02 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
03 - 1 tablespoon horseradish.
04 - 1/2 pound provolone/Swiss cheese.
05 - 1/2 pound deli roast beef.
06 - 1/2 cup caramelized onions.
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted.
08 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
11 - Fresh parsley.
12 - 2 cups beef broth.
13 - 2 tablespoons butter.
14 - 1 garlic clove.
15 - 1.5 tablespoons flour.
16 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire.
17 - 1-2 teaspoons beef base.
18 - Fresh thyme.
19 - Salt and pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice rolls and toast under broiler briefly.
02 - Mix horseradish mayo and spread on bottom layer.
03 - Layer cheese, beef, onions, more cheese.
04 - Top with remaining horseradish mayo and roll tops.
05 - Brush with seasoned butter mixture.
06 - Bake covered 20 minutes, uncovered 5-8 minutes.
07 - Make jus by sautéing garlic in butter.
08 - Add flour, broth, seasonings and simmer.
09 - Strain jus and serve with hot sliders.
