02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 1 packet taco seasoning
04 - 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
05 - 1 15-ounce can ranch style beans
06 - 1 cup corn kernels
07 - 1 10.25-ounce bag Fritos
08 - 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread 3/4 of the Fritos evenly on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to create a base.
02 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until the beef is fully browned and the onions are softened. Drain excess grease.
03 - Add taco seasoning to the beef mixture and stir thoroughly. Mix in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, ranch style beans, and corn until combined.
04 - Pour the beef and vegetable mixture evenly over the layer of Fritos in the baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
05 - Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Remove from the oven and top with the remaining Fritos. Optional garnishes include sour cream, diced tomatoes, jalapeños, or avocado slices.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, garnish the pie with fresh toppings like sour cream or avocado slices just before serving.
