01 - 2 chicken breasts, diced
02 - 8 oz pasta, cooked
03 - 2 tbsp butter
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - ½ cup ricotta cheese
06 - ½ cup heavy cream
07 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan-style cheese
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until fully cooked and lightly golden. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
02 - Reduce heat to low. Stir in ricotta cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan-style cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
03 - Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss gently to coat pasta and chicken evenly with the sauce.
