Easy Garlic Butter Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
03 - 1-2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning
04 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
05 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
06 - ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
07 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 1 tablespoon garlic, finely minced
09 - 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, for garnishing (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pounded chicken, season with 21 Salute, salt, and pepper. Cook 5 minutes without moving chicken.
02 - Flip chicken and cook about 5 minutes on second side until cooked through.
03 - Remove chicken with slotted spatula and place on plate to rest.
04 - Carefully add wine or broth to skillet. Allow liquid to bubble up and steam for a few seconds.
05 - Add butter and stir continuously until melted, about 1 minute. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute, stirring continuously.
06 - Turn off heat. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and spoon sauce over chicken. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.

01 - White wine provides better flavor than broth
02 - Keeps in refrigerator up to 5 days
03 - Freezes up to 4 months
