Garlic Butter Steak Alfredo (Print)

# Ingredients:

→ Steak Bites

01 - 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into cubes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 3 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
08 - Fresh parsley for garnish

→ Alfredo Rigatoni

09 - 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 2 cups heavy cream
13 - 4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
14 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese
16 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
17 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Directions:

01 - Boil rigatoni in salted water until al dente, reserving a splash of pasta water. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, then whisk in cream cheese. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then toss pasta in sauce.
03 - Pat steak cubes dry. Season with Cajun spice, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear the steak in batches until browned on both sides.
04 - Add the remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Return the steak to the pan, tossing to coat in garlic butter.
05 - Plate rigatoni, arrange steak bites on top, spoon garlic butter over, and garnish with parsley.
