Garlic Butter Steak Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
02 - 4 medium zucchini, spiralized
03 - 2 tablespoons butter
04 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
09 - Lemon slices, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Season the steak strips with salt and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook until your desired doneness is achieved. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, and cook briefly until fragrant.
04 - Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss until just tender.
05 - Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix with the zucchini noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
