Garlic Knot Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each).
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
03 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced.
04 - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs.
05 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped.
08 - 1 lemon, cut into wedges.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. In a bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Pour half into a baking dish that fits all salmon fillets without crowding.
02 - Add panko and Parmesan to the remaining garlic butter. Stir until well combined.
03 - Pat salmon dry and sprinkle with salt. Place in the buttered dish, skin-side down if applicable.
04 - Spoon the panko mixture onto each fillet, pressing gently to help it stick. Scoop up any fallen bits and reapply.
05 - Roast for 12-16 minutes, until salmon reaches desired doneness (about 135°F for medium) and topping is golden.
06 - Transfer to plates, drizzle with leftover garlic butter from the dish, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
