Add panko and Parmesan to the remaining garlic butter. Stir until well combined.

Pat salmon dry and sprinkle with salt. Place in the buttered dish, skin-side down if applicable.

Spoon the panko mixture onto each fillet, pressing gently to help it stick. Scoop up any fallen bits and reapply.

Roast for 12-16 minutes, until salmon reaches desired doneness (about 135°F for medium) and topping is golden.
