Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp (Print)

Succulent shrimp coated in garlic butter and Parmesan, topped with crispy panko breadcrumbs and baked to pink perfection.

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 60g unsalted butter, melted
03 - 60g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 30ml olive oil
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 60g panko bread crumbs

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
02 - In a bowl, combine the shrimp, melted butter, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and minced garlic. Mix thoroughly to coat the shrimp evenly.
03 - Transfer the shrimp mixture to a baking dish, arranging in a single layer. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs evenly over the top.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven until shrimp turn bright pink and are cooked through, about 15-18 minutes.
