Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown ground beef with minced garlic in skillet. Drain excess fat.

Mix Parmesan and cheddar cheese into the beef mixture.

Flatten each biscuit, add filling, fold and seal edges to form bombs.

Place on lined baking sheet, brush with melted butter.
