Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add the milk and mix everything together until well combined.

Form the mixture into small, individual meatloaves (about 4-6) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top of each meatloaf.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are fully cooked and golden brown.

If using mozzarella cheese, sprinkle it on top of each meatloaf during the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy finish.
