Garlic Parmesan Chicken Loaves (Print Version)

01 - 1 pound ground chicken
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
05 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
06 - 1 egg, beaten
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 cup milk

11 - 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

→ For Baking

12 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add the milk and mix everything together until well combined.
04 - Form the mixture into small, individual meatloaves (about 4-6) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Drizzle the olive oil over the top of each meatloaf.
06 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatloaves are fully cooked and golden brown.
07 - If using mozzarella cheese, sprinkle it on top of each meatloaf during the last 5 minutes of baking for a cheesy finish.
08 - Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
