01 -
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, eggs, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and milk. Mix until well combined.
02 -
Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet and shape it into a loaf. Smooth the surface with a spatula.
03 -
Place the meatloaf in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
04 -
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Cook until the cheese has melted and the glaze is smooth.
05 -
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush the garlic Parmesan glaze evenly over the top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
06 -
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy.
