Garlic Parmesan Crackers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 tablespoons butter, unsalted (¾ stick).
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped fine.
04 - 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced.
05 - 4 cups oyster crackers (9-ounce package).
06 - ¼ cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated.
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
08 - Pinch of black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
02 - Put butter, oil, parsley and garlic in a big pan. Melt everything over medium heat, stirring to mix well.
03 - Dump in the oyster crackers. Stir them around until they're all coated with the butter mix.
04 - Spread crackers on your lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper.
05 - Pop in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until golden. Let cool completely before storing.
