Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick liner and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine yeast with warm water and sugar. Allow the mixture to proof for approximately 2-5 minutes until frothy.

Add canola oil, salt, egg, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until well combined, adding a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.

Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape each piece into a roll.

Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and let them rise for approximately 5-10 minutes in a warm place.

Brush the raised rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

Spread additional melted butter on top of the baked rolls before serving.
