# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges

→ Seasonings

02 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons salt
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
06 - ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

→ Garnish & Serving

07 - Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
08 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking sheet.
02 - Place potato wedges in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Mix thoroughly to ensure each wedge is evenly coated.
03 - In a small bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle mixture over the oiled potato wedges, tossing to coat evenly.
04 - Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges. Gently mix to distribute the cheese evenly.
05 - Arrange the prepared wedges in a single layer on the greased baking sheet with skin sides facing down.
06 - Bake for 25-35 minutes until wedges are tender and golden brown.
07 - Garnish with freshly chopped parsley or cilantro if desired. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.

01 - For extra crispy wedges, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before patting dry and seasoning.
