Garlic Parmesan Shrimp (Print)

Juicy shrimp coated with garlic and parmesan cheese, air fried to perfection in just 15 minutes for a quick, delicious meal.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz. frozen shrimp, thawed, shelled and deveined
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon minced garlic
08 - ½ cup fresh shredded Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

# Directions:

01 - Pat dry the shrimp with a paper towel and place them in a medium bowl.
02 - Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced garlic, and cheese to the bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure all shrimp are evenly coated.
03 - Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, working in batches if necessary. Cook at 360°F for 10 minutes, turning the shrimp over halfway through at the 5-minute mark.
04 - Serve immediately with cocktail sauce, over pasta, or in a salad for a complete meal.

# Notes:

01 - This recipe has a pronounced pepper flavor. Reduce black pepper to ¼ teaspoon if you prefer a milder taste.
02 - Any size shrimp works for this recipe, but cooking time may need adjustment. Medium deveined shrimp with tails off were used in the original recipe.
03 - Both raw and pre-cooked shrimp can be used. Reduce cooking time for pre-cooked shrimp to prevent overcooking.
