Garlic Steak Cheese Tortellini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Steak

01 - 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - Salt & black pepper
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - 2 tbsp butter
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

→ For Tortellini

06 - 18 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
07 - 1 tbsp butter
08 - 1 cup heavy cream
09 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
10 - 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 cup baby spinach (optional)
12 - Salt & pepper to taste
13 - Red pepper flakes (optional)
14 - Fresh chopped parsley or basil, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - Sear steak in hot skillet with olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
03 - Add butter and garlic to skillet, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Deglaze pan with chicken broth, then stir in heavy cream.
04 - Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy. Return steak to skillet and fold in spinach, if using.
05 - Add cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to meld flavors.
06 - Garnish the dish with fresh herbs and optional red pepper flakes before serving.
