Gingerbread Snowballs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, soft.
02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - Spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves.
06 - 1 tablespoon molasses.
07 - 2 1/4 cups flour.
08 - Extra powdered sugar for rolling.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment.
02 - Beat butter until fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, spices and molasses. Mix in flour until dough forms.
03 - Scoop tablespoons of dough onto sheets.
04 - Cook 10-12 minutes until bottoms are light brown.
05 - Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar. Cool, then roll again.

# Notes:

01 - Keep mixing for dough to form.
02 - Roll in sugar while warm.
03 - Double coat for best look.
