Glow-in-the-Dark Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
02 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
03 - In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed butter, mixing until a dough forms.
05 - Gently fold in the cotton candy until it is evenly distributed throughout the dough.
06 - Take small portions of the dough and shape them into cookies. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
08 - Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
09 - To make the cookies glow, expose them to light for a few minutes before turning off the lights and watching them glow in the dark!

# Notes:

01 - For a more intense glow, use phosphorescent edible dust with the cotton candy.
