# Ingredients:

06 - 15 Jolly Rancher hard candies (assorted colors)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon neon food coloring (green, blue, or pink)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon tonic water

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
02 - Insert wooden sticks into the tops of the apples, ensuring they are secure.
03 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar, light corn syrup, and water.
04 - Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely.
05 - Add the crushed Jolly Rancher candies to the mixture.
06 - Continue cooking and stirring occasionally until the candy mixture reaches 300°F (hard-crack stage) on a candy thermometer.
07 - Once the desired temperature is reached, remove the saucepan from the heat.
08 - Stir in the neon food coloring and tonic water until well combined.
09 - Carefully dip each apple into the hot candy mixture, ensuring an even coating.
10 - Let any excess candy drip off before placing the coated apples onto the prepared baking sheet.
11 - Allow the candy apples to cool and harden completely before serving.
