# Ingredients:

01 - 4 bone-in pork chops
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1/2 cup buttermilk
09 - Vegetable oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
02 - In a shallow bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
03 - In another bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk until smooth.
04 - Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture and then dredge in the seasoned flour, pressing to coat evenly.
05 - In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
06 - Carefully add the pork chops to the hot oil and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
07 - Transfer the fried pork chops to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with side dishes of choice.
