Golden Feta Rolls with Cranberry (Print)

Crispy golden rolls with creamy feta, cranberries, and honey for a perfect treat.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 sheets phyllo pastry or puff pastry, thawed if frozen
02 - 8 oz (225g) feta cheese, cut into 8 small rectangles
03 - 2 tbsp butter, melted
04 - 2 tbsp honey
05 - 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
06 - 1 tsp lemon zest
07 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Slice feta into 8 small blocks. Mix chopped cranberries with lemon zest in a small bowl.
03 - Place one sheet of phyllo on a clean surface and brush with melted butter.
04 - Add a block of feta and a pinch of cranberry mixture to the bottom edge of the phyllo sheet. Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
05 - Repeat the process with the remaining phyllo sheets and filling.
06 - Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with more melted butter.
07 - Bake for 20–22 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
08 - Warm the honey slightly and drizzle over the baked rolls. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
