Christmas Gooey Butter Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, soft.
02 - 1/2 cup butter, soft.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - 1 box yellow cake mix.
06 - 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles.
07 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
02 - Beat cream cheese, butter, egg and vanilla until smooth.
03 - Mix in cake mix until thick dough forms. Gently fold in sprinkles.
04 - Refrigerate dough 30 minutes to firm up.
05 - Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls, coat in powdered sugar.
06 - Place 2 inches apart. Bake 10-12 minutes until edges set but centers soft.
