Brown the ground beef or sausage (or both) in a pan over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess grease and set aside.

Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes. Place them into a crock pot. Add the Rotel and cream of mushroom soup. Stir the ingredients together.

Set the crock pot to low heat and cook for 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld. Stir occasionally.

After 30 minutes of cooking, add the browned meat to the crock pot. Continue to cook, stirring as needed, until everything is well combined.
