The Greatest Queso Ever (Print)

Creamy queso with Velveeta, sausage, and Rotel. Ideal for dipping and sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheeses

01 - 32 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, cubed

→ Canned Ingredients

03 - 10 oz can Rotel (original, mild, or hot), undrained
04 - 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup

→ Protein

05 - 1 lb ground beef or sausage (hot sausage preferred)

# Directions:

01 - Brown the ground beef or sausage (or both) in a pan over medium heat. Once cooked, drain any excess grease and set aside.
02 - Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into cubes. Place them into a crock pot. Add the Rotel and cream of mushroom soup. Stir the ingredients together.
03 - Set the crock pot to low heat and cook for 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld. Stir occasionally.
04 - After 30 minutes of cooking, add the browned meat to the crock pot. Continue to cook, stirring as needed, until everything is well combined.
