Green Bean Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 strips bacon.
02 - 1/2 onion, diced.
03 - 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, chopped.
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced.
05 - 2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1/4 cup milk.
07 - 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded.
08 - 4 (14.5 oz) cans green beans, drained.
09 - 1 1/2 cups French fried onions.
10 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F, grease 9x13 dish.
02 - Cook bacon until crisp, crumble.
03 - Cook onions in bacon grease until translucent.
04 - Add mushrooms, cook until golden.
05 - Add garlic, soups, bacon, milk, cheese.
06 - Fold in green beans.
07 - Top with fried onions.
08 - Bake 30 minutes until bubbly.

01 - Can prepare ahead.
02 - Add onions just before baking.
03 - Brown mushrooms well.
04 - Don't freeze.
