02 - 250 g kale, chopped
03 - 1 ripe banana, sliced
04 - 240 ml unsweetened almond milk
05 - 30 g chia seeds
06 - 15 ml honey or maple syrup (to taste)

# Directions:

01 - Gather all ingredients ensuring they are fresh.

03 - In a high-powered blender, combine spinach, kale, banana, and almond milk.
