Add cooked chicken breasts to a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds until finely shredded. Alternatively, shred chicken by hand.

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with diced celery, red onion, and sliced almonds.

In a food processor, add parsley, dill, and green onions. Layer on Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.

Pour the prepared dressing over the chicken mixture and stir thoroughly until well combined and the chicken is fully coated.
