To finely shred chicken, add to a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds. Alternatively, shred by hand.

Add shredded chicken to a bowl with celery, red onion, and sliced almonds.

In a food processor, add parsley, dill, and green onions. Layer on yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined and the chicken is completely coated.

Serve with crackers, on bread, or enjoy as is.
