Grilled Avocado Chicken Wraps (Print)

Grilled tortilla wraps filled with seasoned chicken, fresh avocado, salsa and melted mozzarella.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 tablespoons olive or avocado oil
02 - 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
06 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder

→ Wrap Assembly

07 - 6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
08 - ½ cup salsa
09 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 2 avocados

# Directions:

01 - Heat oil in skillet. Season chicken with spices. Cook 3-5 minutes per side until done.
02 - Let chicken cool, then slice into strips.
03 - Layer salsa, cheese, avocado slices and chicken on tortillas. Fold bottom up then sides over.
04 - Cook wraps in skillet seam side down until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.

# Notes:

01 - Can serve with extra salsa or sour cream
02 - Use remaining oil in pan to grill wraps
