05 - 1 tbsp burger seasoning (e.g., Kinders Caramelized Onion Burger Seasoning)
06 - 8 oz tomato sauce
07 - 1/4 cup ketchup
08 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
09 - 2 tbsp brown sugar

→ Sandwich Assembly

10 - Texas toast bread
11 - Mayonnaise or butter
12 - Kraft American cheese slices or any melty cheese

# Directions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onions and garlic. Drain excess grease if necessary. Stir in tomato paste, burger seasoning, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
02 - Spread mayonnaise or butter on one side of each Texas Toast slice. Place the mayo or butter side down onto a hot nonstick pan or griddle. Add a slice of cheese to each bread slice. Spoon a generous amount of the Sloppy Joe mixture onto one slice and top with another slice to form a sandwich.

# Notes:

01 - Cook the filling until it reaches a rich, thick texture for the best flavor.
02 - For extra crispiness, press sandwich gently while cooking on the griddle.
