# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 boneless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp garlic powder
04 - 1 tsp paprika
05 - Salt and black pepper to taste
06 - Fresh herbs (parsley, chives)

→ Dressing

07 - ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
08 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
09 - 1 tbsp chopped chives
10 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Salad

11 - Mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, spinach)
12 - Optional: roasted sweet potatoes, sliced radish, or cucumbers

# Instructions:

01 - Marinate chicken in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
02 - Grill or roast the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
03 - Mix dressing ingredients in a bowl and chill.
04 - Assemble the salad with greens and any optional toppings.
05 - Slice the chicken and place on top. Drizzle with dressing and garnish with herbs.
