Grilled S’mores Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 (12-ounce) package King's Hawaiian sweet rolls
02 - 1 1/3 cups (8 ounces) milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
03 - 2 cups (3 ounces) mini marshmallows

→ Optional Toppings

04 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
05 - 1 full sheet graham crackers, crushed into crumbs
06 - Flaky sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat grill to low heat (300-325°F). For charcoal, use nearly spent coals with heat on one side.
02 - Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Place on foil on baking sheet.
03 - Sprinkle bottom half with 2/3 of chocolate chips, then marshmallows, then remaining chocolate.
04 - Slide foil onto grill, close lid, and cook 4-10 minutes until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften.
05 - Add top buns, brush with butter and sprinkle with graham crumbs and salt if desired. Serve warm.

02 - Can use chopped bar chocolate instead of chips
03 - Check frequently to prevent burning
