Preheat grill to low heat (300-325°F). For charcoal, use nearly spent coals with heat on one side.

Slice rolls in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Place on foil on baking sheet.

Sprinkle bottom half with 2/3 of chocolate chips, then marshmallows, then remaining chocolate.

Slide foil onto grill, close lid, and cook 4-10 minutes until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften.

Add top buns, brush with butter and sprinkle with graham crumbs and salt if desired. Serve warm.
