In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.

Stir in the chopped cabbage, taco seasoning, dry minced onion, and water. Mix well to combine.

Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage becomes crisp-tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the skillet. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
