# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 500 grams lean ground beef
02 - 1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
03 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning (ensure gluten-free if required)
04 - 1 tablespoon dry minced onion (or 1 medium fresh onion, finely chopped)
05 - 1/4 cup water
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
02 - Stir in the chopped cabbage, taco seasoning, dry minced onion, and water. Mix well to combine.
03 - Cook the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage becomes crisp-tender, approximately 5-7 minutes.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the skillet. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
05 - Remove from heat and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure your taco seasoning is gluten-free if needed.
02 - Leftovers are best consumed within 1-2 days as the cabbage can lose its crispness.
