# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 450g ground turkey

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 cups diced potatoes
05 - 1 cup frozen peas
06 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

08 - 1 tsp ground cumin
09 - 1/2 tsp paprika

# Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and stir occasionally until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
02 - Crumble the ground turkey into the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks until golden-brown, about 7-10 minutes. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper, stirring well to distribute the spices evenly.
03 - Stir in the diced potatoes, ensuring even distribution. Cover the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
04 - Add the frozen peas to the skillet, stirring gently. Cook for another 5 minutes until the peas are warmed through.
05 - Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if using. Serve warm, either on its own or with crusty bread or rice.
