02 - 2 Tbsp brown sugar
03 - 1 tsp sesame oil
04 - 1 garlic clove, grated
05 - 1 tsp grated ginger
06 - 1 Tbsp cornstarch
07 - 2 Tbsp water
08 - 1 tsp chili garlic sauce

→ Main Ingredients

09 - 1 small onion, diced
10 - 1 large zucchini (about ¾ lb), sliced into rounds and quartered
11 - 1 Tbsp cooking oil
12 - 1 lb ground turkey

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, add soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, grated garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, water, and chili garlic sauce. Mix to combine and set aside.
02 - Dice the onion and slice the zucchini into rounds. Cut the rounds into quarters.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Once hot, add the diced onion and chopped zucchini. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and the zucchini is lightly browned. Remove the veggies and set them aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add the ground turkey. Crumble and cook until browned.
05 - Add the sautéed veggies back to the skillet with the browned turkey. Stir the prepared sauce and pour it over the mixture. Stir everything together.
06 - Allow the sauce to simmer for 2 minutes to thicken and soak into the turkey and zucchini mixture.
07 - Remove the skillet from the heat. Serve hot with optional garnishes like sliced green onions, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and cooked rice. Enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - You can swap out the zucchini for broccoli or green beans if preferred.
