Hamburger Fried Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rice and Sauce

01 - 4 cups cooked white jasmine rice
02 - 3/4 cup warm beef stock or water
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 1 1/2 teaspoons mushroom flavored dark soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
06 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Main Ingredients

08 - 8 ounces ground beef (80% lean)
09 - 1 medium onion, diced
10 - 1 clove garlic, minced
11 - 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
12 - 1 cup frozen peas
13 - 1 scallion, chopped
14 - 4 eggs
15 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

→ Sweet Soy Sauce

16 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
17 - 3 tablespoons hot water
18 - 1 teaspoon sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Mix beef stock, soy sauces, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper in a small bowl.
02 - Fluff cooked rice and break up any clumps.
03 - Heat wok, add oil, and stir-fry beef until browned. Add onions, garlic, and Shaoxing wine until onions are translucent.
04 - Add sauce mixture, rice, and peas. Stir-fry until heated through. Mix in scallions.
05 - Fry eggs separately. Serve rice topped with eggs and sweet soy sauce mixture.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any type of ground beef
02 - Best made in carbon steel wok or non-stick pan
03 - Eggs can be cooked to preference
