Hanky Panky (Print)

A retro appetizer featuring seasoned ground beef and sausage with melted Velveeta cheese served on cocktail rye bread.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef.
02 - 1 pound hot pork sausage.
03 - 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, diced.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
07 - 1 loaf cocktail rye bread.

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F.
02 - Brown beef and sausage, drain.
03 - Add cheese and seasonings.
04 - Melt cheese on low heat.
05 - Top bread slices with mixture.
06 - Bake 8-10 minutes until bubbly.
07 - Serve warm.
