# Ingredients:

16 - 6 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
17 - 2 tbsp butter, softened
18 - 2-3 tbsp Swerve Confectioners Sweetener
19 - ½ tsp vanilla extract
20 - Cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
03 - In a separate large bowl, combine the applesauce, Swerve Brown Sweetener, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth. Stir in the grated carrots.
04 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined. Incorporate the chopped nuts.
05 - Spread the batter evenly into the prepared dish. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the bars to cool completely before frosting.
06 - For the frosting, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy. Slowly mix in the Swerve Confectioners Sweetener and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
