04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 tablespoons butter

→ Sauce

09 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
10 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
11 - 1 tablespoon honey
12 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
14 - 1 tablespoon water

→ Fried Rice

15 - 4 cups cooked and chilled white rice
16 - 2 tablespoons butter
17 - 2 eggs, beaten
18 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
19 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
20 - 2 green onions, sliced
21 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Directions:

01 - Combine chicken pieces with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until they are evenly coated.
02 - Heat butter in a large skillet or flat-top pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until edges are caramelized, browned, and chicken is fully cooked through.
03 - In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and water. Pour the mixture into the pan with the chicken, allowing it to bubble for a few minutes until the chicken is lightly glazed.
04 - Melt butter in another skillet over medium heat. Scramble the eggs and combine with cold rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Stir-fry until the rice is hot, fluffy, and lightly toasted.
05 - Serve the fried rice in bowls, topping with the glazed chicken. Serve hot for a comforting meal.
