Hibiscus Pineapple Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Smoothie

01 - 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea, cooled
02 - 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
03 - 1 cup coconut water
04 - Juice of 1 lime
05 - Ice cubes

→ For Garnish

06 - Fresh sage or mint leaves (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Steep 2-3 hibiscus tea bags or loose hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the refrigerator.
02 - Combine the cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more lime juice or pineapple as needed.
04 - Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh sage or mint leaves if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours
02 - Use frozen pineapple for a thicker smoothie texture
