Steep 2-3 hibiscus tea bags or loose hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely in the refrigerator.

Combine the cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, lime juice, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.

Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness by adding more lime juice or pineapple as needed.

Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh sage or mint leaves if desired.
