Holiday Antipasto Cheese Log (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, left at room temperature.
02 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and finely diced.
03 - 1/3 cup mixed green and black olives, chopped small.
04 - 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped.
05 - 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning blend.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.
09 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped.
10 - Fresh rosemary sprigs for decoration.
11 - Fresh cranberries for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix room temperature cream cheese with peppers, olives, artichokes, Parmesan, and seasonings until well combined.
02 - Place mixture on plastic wrap and form into a log shape. Wrap tightly.
03 - Place in fridge for at least 2 hours until firm.
04 - Roll the chilled log in chopped parsley, pressing gently to coat all sides.
05 - Place on serving plate and decorate with rosemary sprigs and cranberries.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure ingredients are well-drained to prevent excess moisture.
02 - Can be made up to 24 hours ahead.
03 - Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
