Brownie Batter Puppy Chow (Print Version)
# Ingredients:

5 cups Rice Chex cereal

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1/2 cup dry brownie mix (store-bought)
# Instructions:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the cereal. Toss gently to coat all the cereal pieces evenly, being careful not to crush them.

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the powdered sugar and dry brownie mix. Shake or mix well.

Add the chocolate-coated cereal to the bag with the powdered sugar and brownie mix. Seal the bag tightly and shake vigorously until all the cereal pieces are evenly coated.

Spread the coated cereal onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, transfer to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container.
