Brownie Batter Puppy Chow (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 cups Rice Chex cereal
02 - 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
03 - 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
06 - 1/2 cup dry brownie mix (store-bought)

# Instructions:

01 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Stir in the vanilla extract.
02 - Place the Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour the melted chocolate and peanut butter mixture over the cereal. Toss gently to coat all the cereal pieces evenly, being careful not to crush them.
03 - In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the powdered sugar and dry brownie mix. Shake or mix well.
04 - Add the chocolate-coated cereal to the bag with the powdered sugar and brownie mix. Seal the bag tightly and shake vigorously until all the cereal pieces are evenly coated.
05 - Spread the coated cereal onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow it to cool completely. Once cooled, transfer to a serving bowl or store in an airtight container.

# Notes:

01 - Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
02 - You can use milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips depending on your preference.
03 - For extra flavor, add a handful of mini marshmallows to the mix!
