Mix warm water, milk, yeast, and 2 tablespoons sugar in a stand mixer bowl. Let sit until foamy, 5-10 minutes.

Add remaining sugar, butter, 2 cups flour, and salt. Beat until combined. Add remaining flour and knead for 8-10 minutes until soft and tacky.

Place dough in oiled bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 2 hours.

Roll dough into 8x20 inch rectangle. Brush with egg white, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, roll up, and place in 9x5 loaf pan.

Let rise 1 hour. Brush with melted butter and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes until golden brown.
