Homemade Crunchwrap Supreme (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Seasonings

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
03 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
04 - ½ teaspoon ground paprika
05 - kosher salt and black pepper to taste

→ Assembly

06 - 8 large flour tortillas
07 - ½ cup nacho cheese sauce
08 - 4 tostada shells
09 - 1 cup sour cream
10 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
11 - 1 cup chopped tomatoes
12 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
13 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
14 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

# Instructions:

01 - Cook seasoned ground beef in skillet until no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
02 - Cut 4 small tortilla rounds using tostada shell as template.
03 - Layer beef, cheese sauce, tostada, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and cheeses on large tortillas. Top with small tortilla round and fold edges to center.
04 - Heat oil in skillet and cook Crunchwraps seam-side down until golden, about 3 minutes per side.
