# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large bowl, combine yellow cornmeal, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
03 - In another bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, eggs, melted butter, and buttermilk until well combined.
04 - Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing just until combined.
05 - Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
06 - In a small bowl, mix softened butter and honey until smooth. The mixture should form a creamy spread.
