Honey Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breast or thighs, cubed.
02 - 3 tablespoons cornstarch.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce.
06 - 1 tablespoon butter.
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic.
08 - 5 tablespoons honey.
09 - 1/4 cup chicken broth.
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
02 - Mix chicken with cornstarch, salt, pepper and soy sauce.
03 - Spray air fryer basket with oil, add chicken in single layer.
04 - Air fry 5 minutes, flip, cook 3-5 minutes more.
05 - Mix honey, broth, vinegar, soy sauce and pepper flakes.
06 - Melt butter in pan, cook garlic 30 seconds.
07 - Add sauce mixture, cook 2 minutes until thick.
08 - Toss cooked chicken in warm sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Chicken should reach 165°F.
02 - Don't use commercial spray oils.
03 - Can make spicier with more pepper flakes.
04 - Works with whole chicken pieces.
05 - Best served fresh.
06 - Great with rice.
07 - Sauce thickens as it cools.
08 - Add more garlic if desired.
