Honey Garlic Pork Chops (Print)

Juicy pork chops brushed with a sweet and savory honey-garlic glaze, grilled to perfection for a quick weeknight dinner.

# Ingredients:

01 - 125 ml ketchup
02 - 40 ml honey
03 - 30 ml low-sodium soy sauce
04 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
05 - 6 pork chops (115g each, 2.5 cm thick)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and crushed garlic until well combined.
03 - Sear pork chops on both sides on the preheated grill. While cooking, lightly brush the glaze onto each side. Grill for approximately 7-9 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 63°C.
04 - Remove chops from grill and serve hot with remaining glaze if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, allow pork chops to come to room temperature before grilling.
02 - Let pork chops rest for 3-5 minutes after cooking to allow juices to redistribute.
