Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 lb salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes.
02 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
07 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided.
08 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
09 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
10 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
11 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
12 - 1/4 cup honey.
13 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.
14 - 2 teaspoons chopped chives.

# Instructions:

01 - Pat salmon dry, season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon oil.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet, cook salmon in batches 4-5 minutes until crispy.
03 - Add remaining oil, saute garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
04 - Add soy sauce, rice vinegar and honey. Simmer 3-5 minutes until thickened.
05 - Return salmon to pan, toss with sauce, top with sesame seeds and chives.

# Notes:

01 - Dry salmon thoroughly before cooking.
02 - Can marinate up to 1 hour.
03 - Works in air fryer at 390°F for 7-9 minutes.
