Tender salmon fillets with a sweet-tangy honey mustard glaze, air fried to perfection in under 10 minutes for a quick healthy meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 salmon fillets (5-8 oz. each)

→ Sauce

02 - 2 tablespoons honey
03 - 2 tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Combine honey, whole grain Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Reserve one-third of the sauce and use two-thirds to marinate the salmon fillets for 30 minutes or coat thoroughly.
02 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for even cooking.
03 - Place marinated salmon fillets in the air fryer basket and baste with additional marinade. Air fry for 7-8 minutes depending on fillet thickness.
04 - Transfer salmon to serving plates and drizzle with remaining sauce. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - If your air fryer doesn't have a preheat option, run it empty at 400°F for 5 minutes before cooking the salmon.
02 - Add red pepper flakes to the marinade for a spicy variation.
