Honey Peach White Cheddar (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices of sourdough bread
02 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
03 - 8 slices of white cheddar cheese
04 - 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
05 - 4 tablespoons honey
06 - Fresh basil leaves
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
02 - Butter one side of each slice of bread.
03 - Place 4 slices of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
04 - Layer each slice with 2 slices of white cheddar cheese, peach slices, a drizzle of honey, and fresh basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter side up.
06 - Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
07 - Slice and serve immediately.
