# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 4 salmon fillets

→ Glaze

02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 1/4 cup pineapple juice
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Seasoning

08 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Garnish

09 - Sliced pineapple (optional)
10 - Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - In a small bowl, combine honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk until thoroughly blended.
03 - Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
04 - Generously brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving some for basting during cooking.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, basting with remaining glaze halfway through. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork.
06 - Remove salmon from oven and garnish with sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use center-cut salmon fillets of equal thickness to ensure even cooking.
